Liberating Jasper

We provide a compassionate healing community for those searching to heal their relationship with food and body. Our offerings include outpatient services, support groups, class series, and retreats for the spectrum of disordered eating and body distress. We also offer trainings on weight inclusivity in the workplace and create anti-diet employee wellness initiatives that de-center weight and weight loss as a measure of health. We believe all bodies deserve respectful, person-centered care, free of anti-fat bias.
