Matt - Libertizing - Radin is the Co-Managing Member and Co-Founder of LibertizingDentists™ Network (LDN) which he leads as a membership organization with his company Liberty Group (Liberty) and 2xPV. 2x Practice Valuation process provider SynergizeDental. As managing member of Liberty, he creates and licenses the intellectual property (IP) used by LDN LibertizingDentists Network (LDN), LibertizingDentists Un-DSO Fund (LDU Fund) and Total Smile Protection, the Un-DSO. This IP includes the L.A.S.S.T. system that streamlines the transition process through dentist-led collaboration among legal, accounting, insurance, financial and other professionals committed to the dentist's financial freedom. As a practicing attorney and technology company owner, Matt built several businesses focused on healthcare, real estate, insurance and the management of risk and dispute resolution processes that serve as the legal foundation of LibertizingDentists. This IP provides the foundation for an innovative business model (and, ultimately, a scalable franchise system) for independent dentists and investors who invest in dental offices and businesses that market products and services to the dental industry. Scott also manages the Un-DSO called Total Smile Protection, which works with the Un-DSO Fund™ to raise capital and acquire and grow networks of LDN Member dental offices. The Un-DSO is a full-service management company that provides LDN Members with attractive alternatives to the Dental Support Organization (“DSO”). Many DSOs require the dentist to work for them as an employee in a shopping center or strip mall, so they work long hours and lack the business ownership and real estate they need to create financial freedom.
