All special occasion and standard cakes are paid for in full at the time the order is confirmed. Clients have the ability to cancel either cakes up to seven days before the order is to be picked up or delivered. After the seven day period, Liberty Baking Co. retains the right to keep payment(s) rendered. Please remember, we are a small local business person. Although we do not bake a week in advance, we do order all of our fresh products and ingredients based on our upcoming orders.
