Liberty Burger is family-owned and Texas-grown, and that’s how we operate. We not only strive to reinvent the all-American concept of the hamburger, but we pledge to bring you a restaurant that sets the bar high with our standards in food quality, social contribution and environmental responsibility. We continue to make the millions of choices and decisions that define a new brand with a modern, relevant and irresistible concept. Doing things right– sourcing the freshest and highest quality produce, finding a local bakery that uses only American grown ingredients, insuring that our meats come from responsible sources– is not the easiest way to run a restaurant, but it is the right way. And that’s what we are committed to doing. We currently have 2 locations in Dallas and a third in the works.
