LIC (International) BSC (C) was founded in Bahrain in 1989 in partnership with International Agencies Co. Ltd.(Intercol) with the goal of providing life insurance to the Indian Diaspora living in the GCC countries. Over the past 32 years, the company has established itself as a trusted provider of insurance for NRIs in the GCC, with a presence in Bahrain, the UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), Kuwait, and Oman. While the company primarily serves Indian expatriates in the GCC, it also holds licenses to sell life insurance products to residents of any nationality in select markets.
