We at Lickel Architecture believe that the success of any project is rooted in the relationship between the entire team. Sometimes the team is simply the owner and architect programming spacial relationships for future expansion, while most other projects include contractors, engineers, specialists such as acoustical or kitchen consultants, estimators, and city officials. Each of our projects is the result of a personal relationship we have built and nurtured with the entire team. New clients come to us usually through a referral from someone within the team described above because they like the attention and cooperation we give everyone involved. Existing clients come back because we've exceeded their expectations and they've enjoyed the relationships developed.
