What We Do: At Lien Negotiation Counsel (LNC), we help attorneys save time and money, eliminate lien-related frustrations, and grow their practices. Attorneys are able to focus on their core competencies by having us handle their healthcare liens. We are experts at managing and reducing healthcare liens. These include liens from private insurance companies, ERISA plans, self-funded plans, Medicare, and Medicaid. Who We Are: With 19 years of experience, we know the subrogation processes, lien holder vulnerabilities, legal arguments, and, most importantly, how to achieve lien savings. Our Fees: We charge a 10% contingent fee on the amount of the lien reduction. Our fees are capped at $1,450 with a soft minimum fee of $450. Our clients are billed only when the underlying case settles, and there is no bill if there is no recovery. In addition, there are no up-front charges or fees. The majority of our attorney-clients pass along our fees to their clients as line items much like charging for experts’ fees. Other Services: Along with our strategic partners, we offer mass tort claims administration, litigation support, HSA, and other critical services.
