Lieux is a Los Angeles-based design studio founded by French architect Bryan Chastang. The work at Lieux (pronounced lee-yeuh) is characterized by a rigorous and analytical foundational approach - grounded in research, in-depth exploration of the site and context, and robust planning with a focus on functionality and longevity. The holistic process is rooted in meaningful and intentional dialogue with clients, leading to one-of-a-kind projects that naturally belong to their people and their places. Lieux exists to create enduring spaces that are practical, beautiful, and inspiring for their inhabitants. In other words, creating spaces (lieux) that feel like home. Bryan has twenty years of experience designing and building high-end homes in Provence and Southern California.
