We believe in the potential of people and have developed programs that enable participants to realize their gifts and pursue their desired path. Our flagship program Know No Bounds, is run in two complementary stages. The first stage - The Discovery Workshop involves three days of thoughtfully choreographed activities and processes designed to take participants on a journey of self discovery. The key takeaways are to learn the various ways that we get in our own way preventing ourselves from getting all of what we want in our lives. Participants learn tools to use to move the obstacles out of their way. The second stage of the Know No Bounds Program is called Traction. This involves the participants working with their Traction Coach over a three month period to take the learning developed during the Discovery Workshop to a deeper level and to implement the desired changes into their life in order to ensure they become sustainable.
