Life Makers Foundation

Life Makers Foundation – Egypt (LMF) is a national, non-governmental, non-profit organization established in 2011 and centrally registered under No. 839 for the year 2018. The foundation operates in accordance with the Egyptian Law on Associations and Civil Institutions. LMF is a volunteer-based organization that has, since its inception, focused on empowering and developing youth to build their capacities for community development and to respond to humanitarian and relief needs. The foundation operates directly through its offices and branches across Egypt, as well as through partner associations and organizations in the fields of youth development, education, health, livelihoods, basic needs, and the environment. LMF’s assistance is not limited to Egyptians; it also extends to Palestinians in Egypt and Gaza, providing them with diverse humanitarian support. The foundation also offers comprehensive assistance to refugees residing in Egypt, including food, medical, and educational aid, among other forms of support aimed at improving their living conditions. LMF upholds the core principles of humanitarian work — humanity, neutrality, needs-based assistance, and independence — ensuring that all aid is delivered without discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or any other consideration. The foundation provides humanitarian and development interventions to the most vulnerable beneficiaries while maintaining their dignity and ensuring their active participation.
