The Company will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing in a diversified portfolio of properties across the UK which are typically leased or intended to be leased to tenants operating in, or providing a benefit to, the life science sector (“Life Science Properties”). Life Science real estate includes wet labs, dry labs, traditional offices, communal and co-working hubs and data-centres.
