Life2orphans, Inc

Life2Orphans is a collaborative, secular, non-profit organization established in 2003 by a group of caring individuals to advance the physical, mental and social welfare of orphans in Ukraine. The generous support of our supporters and volunteers has helped as many as 6,700 orphans at any one time from birth to 18 years. We have grown to include support for severely disabled, AIDS affected, transitioning out of orphanage, street children, and institutionalized adult orphans. We provide a conduit to cost effectively ship donations of hard goods via shipping containers through Nazarene Ministry of Help to our supported orphanages and hospitals. We have sponsored trips to Ukraine of nurses and aid workers to educate orphanage staff on rehabilitation and mental health care. We collaborate with other humanitarian organizations/charities to advance the efforts in the most effective manner. We have had support from families, corporations and foundations from around the world. Corporate donations have included monetary, clothing, shoes, toys, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, among many other goods. Individual supporters have provided monetary donations for baby formula, food, diapers, durable kitchen and laundry appliances, building improvements, education/vo-tech training, among many other needs.
