Lifeberry

Lifeberry produces blueberry juice and jams using natural methods without adding sugar or any chemicals. The company is based 60km south west of Warsaw, close to the town of Grójec. The blueberry plantation was founded in and today is over 100 hectares in size. Fresh blueberries are sold mainly to the UK and Scandinavia with Sainsbury’s being a major client. Around the time the plantation started, owner Arek Legucki began to experiment with juice manufacture. Trying various methods over many years, he has now perfected the juice which entered the Polish market in 2015. We offer the following products : 100% blueberry juice in 200ml, 1.5 litre and three litre containers 50% blueberry and 50% apple in three litre containers. Blueberry jam. Made from 80% blueberries with apple juice and apple pectin added. Crushed blueberries. An excellent addition to ice cream, yoghurt or for spreading on bread or crackers. Crushed blueberries have a very high nutritional value, rich in antioxidants and fibre. Blueberries are a super food providing iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, manganese, zinc, copper, folate, beta-carotene, folate, choline, vitamins A, B6, C, E and K. They have very high antioxidant capacity, only red kidney beans have higher amounts of antioxidants. Their consumption can decrease the risk of diabetes,Parkinson's disease, heart disease and various cancers, protect vision, aid weight reduction and lower blood pressure. One 200ml serving contains 2.2g of fibre, very high for a juice and around 8% of an adult male's daily requirements thus promoting digestive health.
