Overview Lifecycle Development Ltd is a Midlands based Mechanical & Electrical engineering company. We offer large scale domestic, commercial and industrial contracts as well as of production, warehouse and R&D facilities. We offer site management, contract management, design and installation services, and are CHAS Elite approved for our site work and NICEIC registered for our electrical installation works and are SEIRS trained. Our customers also rely on our engineering team to provide ongoing support for maintenance or fault finding, as well as design help during project planning phases to explore possibilities and create cost effective solutions to their requirements. Electrical We offer full electrical installation services from site supply onwards, including sub stations and switchgear, power distribution and major equipment installation for industry, large scale EICR and domestic installs, R&D cell equipment such as dynamometers and associated drives, battery emulators and resistive load banks. Mechanical We provide comprehensive design and installation services of HVAC, LEV, chilled water systems, industrial gas pipework, ductwork systems and warehouse storage systems. We also offer machinery location through a close partnership of a specialist partner. Controls We provide a full controls installation and engineering service, covering controls and safety system design, panel building and commissioning services, with of course a full installation service. Schematic designs are done in EPLAN or AutoCAD according to the customer standards, and can be done in accordance with site standards, IEC/EN 60375 or ANSI Y32.9 to suit customer requirements.
