Lifecycle Innovations is a specialist project, change and business consultancy firm that freelances in projects that are behind schedule or complex in structure. Our recent projects include Parramatta Light Rail, Northwestern Roads, Sydney Trains, City of Parramatta, Transport for NSW, Endeavour Dinks (Woolworths), JetStar Airways (Qantas), DP World Australia, Optus/SingTel, VeriFone, Suncorp GIO and Aristocrat Technologies. There are some 85 projects detailed in our LinkedIn profile. In summary the Projects have ranged in size from $250K to $600M with a maximum project team of 75 personnel. Business Improvements or change have been valued from $2M up to $250M. In some situations, we have been called in to take an idea or innovative concept through the entire innovation life cycle to end up with a successful business (or product).
