LifesCycle Edinburgh, Scotland’s first dedicated indoor cycling and SPINNING® studio, offers a menu of indoor rides, including cycling specific training. LifesCycle also gives the beginner and intermediate user something different, using this form of training therapeutically and with the influence of lighting design and sound, to bring a more holistic and uplifting experience. In recent years, indoor cycling, originally founded by cycle guru Johnny G, has gone from strength to strength. This is the innovative bicycling athletic training program that has revolutionised the fitness industry. Today hundreds of thousands of participants join in this pursuit of health and happiness. LifesCycle's indoor cycling training and SPINNING® sessions combine a foundation of basic cycling movements with inspirational music, visualisation and breathing techniques to create a unique, non-impact, exercise experience. This can be complemented by body conditioning and stretching classes.
