Lifespace Healing

Lifespace is a space to silence the mind. A space to pause, breathe and be. Lifespace offers an opportunity for people and practitioners from all over to come together in a conscious co-working environment creating community and space to rest, replenish, nurture and nourish. A natural retreat in the heart of the city. We offer wellness events, 1:1 treatments, workshops, an events space, a rest and retail area for health goods as well as a daily drop-in schedule for classes such as - and not limited to - Yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, ecstatic dance, kirtan, Pilates, healing ceremonies and creative therapies.
