LifeSpiritBalance seeks to inspire the community, locally and globally, to live empowered, creative lives through the practice of wellness by incorporating meditation and energy healing. Energy Healing works on the subtle and emotional levels of the human consciousness as well as our general and physical well being. LifeSpiritBalance Mission is to help deepen self-knowledge, alleviate stress and provide a safe, serene space in which people can feel a sense of belonging and purpose. I wish to contribute to the well being and welfare of the human race by teaching the principles of the practice of meditation and mindfulness as well as a lifestyle of self-thinking through self-realisation and spiritual discovery. Together with the awareness of self love as taught through the use of energy healing, my mission is to aid all those wishing to enlighten their lives. LifeSpiritBalance Vision lies in bringing like minded people together and working to create a community of peace and harmony, within ourselves, our families, our communities and our world. I am a certified Meditation Teacher, Reiki Practitioner and hold a Completion Certificate in Touch For Health Level 1. I am a certified ThetaHealer®.
