LifeStyle With Sharon is a YouTube Channel with Sharon Fitzpatrick showing a different Recipe each week. Sharon demonstrates How To Cook or make a specific dish. Some examples of some of the cooking demonstration videos are: Chicken Chow Mein; Vegetable Lasagne; Different Types of Coleslaw; Chicken Nuggets with various types of coatings; A Selection of different Soups and much more Food ideas. The Cooking Demonstration Videos are uploaded on to YouTube weekly. There is also a website you can visit and browse through, with weekly blogs at LifeStyle With Sharon will also have Dance & Exercise Videos that will be uploaded to YouTube as from September 2024 and will also be featuring podcasts on various lifestyle topics. Sharon Fitzpatrick will show you some Dance moves as a form of an exercise routine. Dancing is fun and you are too busy concentrating on what your doing and having fun, it doesn't feel like exercise.
