Lifeyoga is a multi-disciplinary yoga centre with our first home in lush green Chanakyapuri in Delhi. We’re a community of yoga practitioners, both teachers and students. Our emphasis is on community as much as on every individual’s personal inward journey. Stretch, pause, wind down, energise, sweat — we’ll help you find balance through a mix of asanas, pranayama, meditation, and thoughtfully curated programs. Whether you’re immersed in your practice or looking for a little toe-dip into different schools of yoga, we hold place for all. Our teachers are warm and welcoming, and certified to mentor you whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner. Founded by Dr. Varun Veer and Dr. Tanu Singh, Lifeyoga is rooted in a DNA of knowledge and experience. We believe that yoga is for everyone and for every moment. Our goal is to help more people from different lifestyles experience the joy of yoga — physical, meditative, and lifestyle-led. Walk into our Chanakyapuri centre and breathe deep. Fitted with a HEPA filter system, it is a sanctuary replete with group and private yoga studios, shower, changing and steam rooms, and a curated lifestyle experience with Eleved; a wellness-led eatery, retail store, and grocery store.
