Lift is a hybrid fitness training center with a primary focus on guidance, weight management, accountability and motivation with the added benefit and flexibility of open gym access. We are most known for our boot camp programs, now called Lift Training Program and our brand new Ride cycling experience. We have put over people through our 6 week transformation challenge, changing bodies and lives in the Vero Beach area.
