We serve investors, home-owners and retail buyers through the acquisition, renovation and liquidation of single-family homes, breathing new life into distressed homes and neighborhoods, while also providing a healthy return for our cash investors. Light Box Homes was started in August of 2015 by entrepreneurs Stephen Jones and Lennalba Saldivia, formerly of Saldivia-Jones Photography of Brookhaven. Stephen, who is also a REALTOR licensed in Georgia with Southeastern Home Team, runs the Acquisitions & Liquidations team; while CEO Lennalba runs the Design and Project Management team. Light Box Homes' mission is to be a constructive part of the Atlanta real estate community through providing area home owners with smart solutions to their real estate problems, providing investors with a solid return on their cash investment, and supplying the retail residential real estate market with quality-renovated homes that provide years of enjoyment and value to their happy new owners.
