I am dedicated to coaching and counselling individuals, small groups and corporate teams in personal development and life skills. As a coach and counsellor, my practice draws from the full spectrum of training provided by Living Wisdom NZ including an internship, Diploma of Counselling and extensive life experience. After a vast array of experiences, I have come to find there are solutions to the challenges we face in life that truly prove adequate. I'm here to share these with you and the freedom I have found by healing the core of the issue.
