LightBlue is a UN-awarded (Best Small Business) Food Waste prevention tech and consultancy organization reconciling sustainability with business excellence. Awards- Our FIT tech got awarded the Solar Impulse Foundation Efficient Solution in 2020- United Nations Best Small Business Award in 2021 (only winner from Thailand among applicants from 135 countries) Since 2012, we have developed unique services and technologies to minimize food waste and boost sustainability of commercial kitchen operations. We ran over 45 projects for International Hotel Groups (Marriott, Hyatt, Accor.), Government Agencies (HRDC, TCEB), Development Agencies (GIZ, Michelin Guide Thailand here.), Universities, Business and Culinary Schools (Republic Polytechnic Sg, ESCP Europe, Ferrandi) and restaurant groups (Cofoco) in 15 countries. Latest project: Our solutions help achieving the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including Goal 2: Zero Hunger, Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, Goal 13: Climate Action, and Goal 17: Partnerships to Achieve the Goal. To date, we have saved more than 1 million kilos of food, equivalent to 3 million USD and 2.5 million kg of CO2e not emitted.
