I have over 15 years of experience as a Learning and Development Consultant with a focus on Management and Leadership Development. My areas of expertise are in Performance Coaching, Program Development and Deployment, and Group Facilitation. My strong Sales and Management experience also helps me understand some of the challenges that Managers and Organizations face today. I believe you cannot succeed in today's complex environment without developing your people. Every organization has challenges. Therefore; I consult to understand the gaps to performance, and then develop, and deliver programs, to overcome those gaps and drive results.
