Lighthouse works with churches and charities who are asset-rich and cash-poor, helping them take advantage of the major megatrends happening such as higher real estate prices and difficulty in fundraising. We walk with the churches to help them Reimagine what impact and serving their communities could look like for the next 100 years- based on their unique DNA, their calling and loving their communities. We work to coach their internal teams and provide additional staff support. And we help them Recapitalize their buried treasure (real estate) to fund this impact in a financially sustainable way. The end result is a plan (which we can execute) to move pastors and church leaders from uncertain to confident in their impact and funding.
