Our goals are to provide results faster, with more comprehensive and clean data within an open environment. This facilitates better collaboration and with, more forward thinking partners, additions to the collective open data environment. We believe that opening our data actually provides more opportunities rather than exposing our intellectual property, market position or profitability, as many more innovative individuals exist in today's generation, who ideas are often fed back to us as further business opportunities, with or without that individual becoming part of the finished solution. Our business philosophy relies on agile processes with a thin management layer promoting individual autonomy and management. If they get the job done and are happy, then we are happy.
