Our Light Bulb Moment Our founder was a successful Chicago lighting showroom professional and former owner of a lighting store in the western suburbs of Chicago. To deliver the best customer service, he and his sales staff would dedicate multiple hours with customers to show them a variety of fixtures from the multitude of manufacturers. To quote a fixture, they would spend even more time rummaging through more paperwork to locate the right prices. Frustrated by the volumes of lighting catalogs, reams of pricing sheets and the continual product updates that his showroom had to keep straight, he began thinking about a simpler way. Why not use computers and the Internet to develop a more efficient and effective system? After an extensive search, he discovered that no such system existed. Not one to give up easily, he began building his own. Today Since then, we've grown to become a full-service online marketing company that creates turnkey solutions for lighting retailers of all sizes. From designing and building custom websites to developing proprietary software and managing our e-catalog, we create all the components in-house so we're sure they will work together. We also support our customers with search engine optimization, multi-channel sales training and Web analytic reports.
