The impact of sleep deprivation on working parents is huge! Not only on their own wellbeing but on their performance. After over 20 years in recruitment I changed my path and trained and founded my own baby and child sleep consultancy. I work with families that are struggling with their child's sleep and am now keen to get my support out to companies and organisations that want to offer this lifeline to their own employees. We need to do more. The fear of returning to work after maternity or paternity leave can be daunting, but if you throw lack of sleep into the mix too, then we have a problem.
