Benefits communication - from new tech platforms to complex harmonisation projects, we create communications that help educate employees on their benefits. How we do it: Emotional intelligence - from encouraging and promoting diversity on Trustee Boards to protecting vulnerable members, we know that we need to make an emotional connection with people if we want them to engage and take action. Creativity and expert knowledge - our mission is to make pension communications accessible. Our range of backgrounds in employee engagement, design, and technical pension roles makes us unique. Everyone is passionate about improving people's lives through great communications. Storytelling - we've found that a statutory need or an approaching birthday isn't a good enough story. Instead, we help people connect dots and make decisions by answering their questions about 'what it means for them' and bringing them to life through storytelling.
