Lila Li Coaching

I work with individuals, couples/relationships who want to experience more stability, clarity, control and ease in their lives. My approach is trauma-informed, deeply affirming and practical. I'll help you create more congruence in your life and relationships. I work from a somatic mindfulness lens, based in neuroscience and a trust in the body's innate intelligence. My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and prioritizes a decolonized framework that acknowledges systemic oppressions in a complex system. My certification training in Dr. Janina Fisher's Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment, based on the structural dissociation model, combines Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and IFS, and my training and practice as a Certified Hakomi Practitioner informs all my work. I also have extensive personal experience with non-ordinary states of consciousness. I have received significant healing and growth through these experiences and bring an embodied understanding of the importance of set, setting and support into the container I would hold for others.
