Lilalab

Lilalab is a global think-and-do lab for Lifestyle & Technology based in Slovenia. We help individuals and organizations navigate disruption by focusing on three pillars: wellbeing, technology, and changemaking. Our mission is to transform global challenges — from the future of work and AI, to climate change, to the rising crisis of mental health and meaning — into opportunities for creativity, authenticity, and courage. Each year, we explore a key challenge of the future – our annual topic – addressing how lifestyle and technology will shape work, communities, and everyday life. We combine research, experimental Labs, creative tools, and partnerships to turn uncertainty into opportunity. Our work includes flagship Labs for entrepreneurs and changemakers, creative writing and art-based approaches for resilience, and collaborative projects on sustainability, digital futures, and community innovation. Lilalab collaborates with European institutions, NGOs, businesses, and local partners to achieve this mission, building pathways for mission-driven innovation that is both impactful and sustainable.
