Welcome to Lily Pad Resources! I’m Michael Gomez, a Consultant with an expansive 30-year background in the Financial Services sector and extensive knowledge of sales processes and technologies. I created Lily Pad Resources as a new type of consulting firm, laser-focused on driving measurable results in sales team efficiency. My approach emphasizes the concepts that all sales professionals are unique and there are multiple efficient paths to completing almost any task or goal. The key is identifying your sales professionals’ individual working styles, habits and behaviors and plugging those into your firm’s specific technologies, processes, goals, metrics, and expectations. This is where I come in: my expertise is in finding the most efficient way for every individual sales professional to succeed in their environment. Additionally, we are dedicated to developing strategies, training, and mentoring programs to expand selling skills of associates.
