Lily Services is formed by 3 companies: The Lily Housing Project Lily Residential Services Lily Staffing Solutions The Lily Housing Project We provide our young residents with a space to grow with confidence, enhance their self-esteem and develop the life skills required to live independently. We operate 6 supported housing projects across our organisation 4 in Weymouth, 1 in Dorchester and 1 in Ferndown. We support young people aged 16 - 21 years old. Utilising our strong understanding, experience and total commitment to delivering positive outcomes, we have offered specialised provisions for high need, high level vulnerability and high-risk young people for nearly 20 years. Keeping our residents safe whilst building towards a planned move-on into independent living through engagement, participation and clear communication with key stakeholders are crucial building blocks within our approach and organisation. Lily Residential Services Lily Residential Services are very proud to have 4 registered homes in Dorset. We are have 3 homes in Weymouth and 1 in Poole. Our homes are relatively small provisions, able to house and support two children each, aged 9-17 years. Who have complex emotional, social and behavioural needs, 365 days a year. We provide full-time staff with specialist skills to meet the individual needs of the children in our care. With a nurturing and person-centred approach, we enable children with the ability to continue learning and developing life skills Lily Staffing Solutions Lily Staffing Solutions is a community-based recruitment service that works with local authorities and other care providers within Children and young people’s services in Dorset. We are part of the Lily group who have historically provided safe environments and care for vulnerable children and young people in Dorset, consistently demonstrating positive outcomes. Through our 20 years of experience, we know how important it is to find the right staff.
