Limedot is a new peer-to peer platform based in the Republic of Ireland that offers investments in loans for Investors with residence in EEA. Limedot acts as a facilitator that connects Lenders wishing to list their loans on the Platform with Investors who want to participate in the performance and cash flow of such loans by purchasing claims. As a part of participation, the Investor will enter into a Assignment agreement with a Lender and Limedot, through which the Investor shall pay the Purchase price to the Lender, and thereafter, the Lender shall be required to pay Borrower loan repayments it receives on the underlying loan to the Investor via the Platform.
