Linear Lines

Linear Lines is a SWANA-based Research and Systems Thinking collective committed to advancing social justice and human rights across the South West Asia and North Africa. We amplify the impact of development actors working toward transformative change by offering a wide spectrum of technical, strategic, and thematic services. These include participatory research and evaluation, capacity strengthening, project management, participatory grant-making systems, organizational development, and facilitation & convening, We collaborate with national, regional, and global partners to foster synergies that drive sustainable development. Our network is rooted in the region yet globally connected, continuously evolving through innovation, knowledge exchange, and lifelong learning.We work closely with community-based organizations, international NGOs, social enterprises, and grassroots leaders. Our approach is participatory and context-driven, ensuring that diverse voices are meaningfully integrated into decision-making processes. As catalysts for change, we help clients uncover and activate the latent capacities within their existing systems through intentional co-development and partnership. Our work is guided by a commitment to equity, transparency, and ethical practice. We strive to shift power, elevate local knowledge, and challenge conventional norms within the development sector. We are gender-aware and prioritize the leadership and inclusion of women and non-binary persons across our community and client engagements. Above all, we are committed to doing no harm - embedding care, accountability, and intersectionality into every aspect of our work.
