Edwin F. Lingsch founded Lingsch Realty with the purpose of providing quality real estate services to the San Francisco Bay Area. Lingsch Realty was voted the San Francisco Apartment Association's 2014 Property Management Firm of the Year, with nominations in 2013, 2015, 2016,(no awards given in 2017), and 2019. Since 1952, Lingsch Realty has provided San Francisco landlords expert property management, leasing and investment property services. We support tenants and thoughtfully guide landlords through tenant relationships, all San Francisco Rent Board protocol and methods, lease negotiations and leveraging building value. This means keeping a finger on everything that affects the San Francisco real estate market from the economy to new legislation, and from the diversity and constant transformation of San Francisco neighborhoods to dynamic property values. Lingsch Realty remains independently owned and operated by Mr. Lingsch's granddaughter, Natalie Drees. She is dedicated to continuing Mr. Lingsch's tradition of providing superior service to investment property owners through providing services tailored to fit any landlord's needs, from full-service management to leasing, to special projects such as rent increases and San Francisco Rent Board hearings and petitions.
