Founded in 2012, initially to help companies successfully sell services and products abroad, training courses were developed to improve international business communication skills and intercultural competence, especially for individuals working with diversity and for diverse and globally dispersed teams. 10 years later, LinkGBS has trained/coached over 500 people from more than 100 companies. In 2017, we ran a survey to mark our 5-year anniversary. Over 400 training participants scored Link an average of 6.5 out of 7 across all training courses. From effective emailing and impactful presentations to holding successful meetings and negotiations, our training has provided people and companies with the confidence and skills needed to create lasting international partnerships. LinkGBS provides training and coaching in native English in the following areas: 1. Global Communication Skills: Emailing, participating, and facilitating in meetings and online calls, pitching and presenting, negotiating, verbal and non-verbal communication, persuasion, and assertiveness. Intercultural Skills: Understanding and working with different cultures, applying cultural skills, diversity & inclusion, inclusive leadership, becoming a global leader, marketing and selling globally. International Business Development: Teambuilding and developing a corporate culture, networking & relationship building, exporting and sales transformation support, and operational support. Along with our Hungarian office, we are also now located in France.
