We at Link20 invest in a leadership network of young activists with and without disabilities, who work to promote a more inclusive and fairer society, while increasing civic participation by young adults and creating a diverse, egalitarian, and influential leadership reserve. Although people with disabilities constitute a fifth of the Israeli population, they are absent from the public sphere and do not participate actively in civic affairs. We at Link20 act to change this reality. Our network members take part in creating digital campaigns to raise awareness and to change mindsets and policy, participate in leadership and networking events and training programs, and engage in a variety of social activities.
