We were founded in 2019, on the belief to give everyone access to technology for a successful carrier, as a technology center dedicated to IT and programming. Our mission was to train and prepare technology-oriented Programming professionals, additionally to help IT organizations through specifically tailored courses on increasing the professionalism of their employees in the digitalization field. We have been starting point of the successful carrier of today’s highly skilled programmers[I1]. Implementing best practices through highly skilled training instructors, our training concept consists of the principles: Learning by doing and combining theoretical with practical skills. Our courses were customized based on the latest tech trends, not just to cultivate programmers, but highly skilled professionals with an open-minded and problem-solving attitude. Our methodology was based on the 70-20-10 system, meaning that 70% hands-on and practicing, 20% brainstorming & mentoring, and 10% traditional learning process through different learning materials. During our courses, we emphasize too on the ethical usage of technology. With a great team of colleagues and collaborators, experts in technology, programming, and human resources, and flexible in adapting knowledge from all of these industries, we culminate in progressing in LinkTech company with an upgraded mission of Link Business and Human Needs with Technology.
