Linz Education provides professional development courses to empower early childhood teachers, managers, administrators, and schoolteachers for child-centered reflective practices. We design an emergent integrated-based early childhood curriculum, intertwined with a daycare or preschool’s organizational vision, for childcare organizations focused on nurturing children organically and with individualizing care for every child in the group setting. Linz provides educational setup and pedagogic management consultancy for childcare organizations and equity companies seeking to enter the childcare industry in the Netherlands and Canada. We carry out a quality assessment, and practice evaluation side-by-side early childhood practitioners identified needs and areas of improvement. We use the information gathered to design qualitative improvement plans to improve practice and developmental outcomes. We design a structural intentional behavior guidance system for children’s progressive development of the foundational social-emotional competencies for life-long learning and development. Primary caregivers are central in guiding children to develop social-emotional skills, and we provide training on the practical implementation of a behavioral guidance system. Linz provides career coaching and soft skill training for individuals and organizations seeking positive self-centeredness, career success, and progressive learning culture. Technical skills are essential; people’s-oriented skills take one across boundaries.
