We produce rare-to-find ingredients for high-end chef and for curious homebakers alike. We grow our own edible flowers, we forage the surrounding forests and meadows, we source ingredients from local grannies AND most importantly we freeze-dry everything so that all the beauty, aroma and goodness stay captured for our customers. We are committed to preserve what was given to us. We received a natural never farmed land teeming with wildlife, insects and butterflies. Sometimes doing less is better than doing more. We do not "clean" the space, we do not maximise efficiency, we do not grow at a crazy rate like a cancer cell. All we do is we leave the wild trees and bushes and we take some of it. All we do is planting some native weeds that are rare gems loaded with health benefits and we sell them with high margins to special customers. There is no need to disrupt nature in order to make money.
