Throughout his 30+ years working with patients, Richard realized that in order to safely prescribe patients nutritional supplements and superfoods, he had to work closely with manufacturers in order to assure quality. Over those 30 years, Richard has developed 100+ SKUs that took him on a journey of exploration working with botanists, herbalists, biochemists, MD’s, alchemists and botanists around the world. One biochemist in particular stood out to Richard as the most talented alchemist he had ever met. Together they bring you Lion Cura. Our team decided to take on the CBD industry when we saw a rapidly expanding industry with very low quality of products. Particularly within the water soluble CBD category, our team has major concerns about the following issues: • Synthetic solvents such as hexane being used in the extraction process • Synthetic emulsifiers being used in the emulsification process • Lack of cleanliness in manufacturing environment • Poor formulation / combination of ingredients • Oxidation of product being sold on shelves • Among many other issues Due to these deficiencies in the industry, our team decided to manufacture a range of retail direct to consumer, and wholesale business to business CBD products.
