We are a small boutique law firm specialising in Property Law which includes the conveyance of immovable property; registration of mortgage bonds on behalf of the four major commercial banks in South Africa, and all miscellaneous conveyancing transactions such as subdivisions, opening of sectional title registers, registration of servitudes. We also attend to notarial registrations such as Antenuptial contracts and notarial bonds, as well as notarial authentication of documents for use outside South Africa. In addition we have a Deceased Estates department which attends to the the preparation of Wills and the winding-up of deceased estates.
