Lipsar Studio is the home for developers and creators! We are always open for new directions, challenges, ideas and new opportunities for collaboration. Our team consists of 30+ people with solidly established processes and wide specialization. About Games department or EverPlay: That department has ability to produce high quality and deeply optimized mobile games on Unity with ECS approach. Our core team consists of Producer, Art Director, Tech Director which have 12, 10, 6 years experience in GameDev accordingly. Most part of the team are seniors, leads and middles. About AR/MR department: That's special part of our team. Every member of the team is experienced developer (4 years on average), which has expertise in different fields, but especial working with Unity, Native Mobile plugins and AR devices (MS Hololens, iOS, Android). The team can solve task starting from creating simple AR application to design and develop high loaded system with video chat and AR features. About AI department or Nara Labs: That part of the team absorbed best practice of R&D and consists of Senior ML developer, Middle fronted developer and DevOps engineer. Together they can create a really complex system for retrieving and analyzing data. Especially, we are specializing on CV, NLP and decision making. We have ability to make quality software rapidly even if there isn't pratice due to esteblished R&D process and close communication with data scientists' society. About Mobile & Web Applications department: Established agile process, cross-platform development, distributed system and more is the best characteristic of the department. The team can create complex systems with horizontal scaling, micro-service architecture, cross-platform design and all that complex things are making in experienced agile team of Frontend developers, Backend developer, DevOps engineer, UX/UI designer, Scrum master and Product owner with 5 years experience in creating different products.
