An automated waterfall (which allocates complex payouts across infinite hypothetical company sale or IPO values) and b. An import algorithm that allows the data required to generate automated waterfalls (and other financial analysis) to be extracted, imported and audited in a single click from multiple ad hoc spreadsheets This technology has been used by investors in Facebook, Twitter, Uber, 40% of the earliest "unicorn" and thousands of other successful venture backed companies. It started as a small, but profitable software niche.
