LiquidAfrica is a Corporate Finance and Advisory services firm, uniting capital with opportunities across the African continent. We focus on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) as well as equity and debt capital raising for growing and established companies in Africa. With more than 15 years of experience and through established relationships with institutions actively investing in Africa, we bridge the capital gap, providing access to liquidity to companies on the continent. Since inception, we’ve raised more than USD 600m across 12 sectors and 17 countries, and we’re currently working on a deal flow exceeding USD 350m. Our team works closely with LiquidAfrica’s 20+ local partners across the continent, enabling us to keep abreast with the various regulations and customs in each country. With a diverse pan-African team, we are purpose-built and particularly adept at transacting in both French and English-speaking parts of Africa.
