Pragmatic, calm and positive. Deeply interested in and curious about my clients. The ability to help clients transform is what drew me towards coaching, as being even more practical than consulting (which is my background). My general approach is holistic, supporting growth at both the personal and the professional levels. I’m usually democratic in style, knowing the client will find the best solution - but more direct where I think it will help. I love working with people on a wide range of issues. However, with my 25+ years of working in digital agencies and consultancies, I also love helping companies work better. I bring a combination of a consulting - troubleshooting tools and processes - with coaching, to support team members through change, in a unique offering
