It is my mission to partner with leaders to successfully navigate our increasingly complex business world by tapping into their strengths so they realize their potential and get the outcomes they desire. I am passionate about making a difference in workplace relationships the quality of the work experience and life of my clients. I value respect, lifelong learning and authenticity believing all people have untapped potential. I draw upon my extensive experience as a senior leader, who has walked this path and understands first-hand the challenges of juggling competing demands, to dive into the unique story of each client as we identify their goals for professional development. We design and test actions at a pace that allows the client to quickly deliver on results as we continue to build upon the plan. At the request of the client I am available to work with their team by providing leadership training for team development. I am also available to work with a team of leaders, collectively and individually, to develop a leadership competence such as the skills necessary for leaders in a successful Lean management system. As a strong strategic thinker, certified by ASQ and practiced in Lean leadership under sensei Pascal Dennis and his associates I provide consulting and, by bringing strong coaching skills to a consulting engagement, the outcome is strong and sustainable.
