We are a lender to the affordable housing sector and leverage innovative lending tools to support community investments. And we deploy grants, technical assistance, and policy expertise to support and enable solutions to key community development challenges. LISC builds the power, capacity, and resources of local on-the-ground partners to address these critical issues and help forge more resilient communities of opportunity across Massachusetts.
